When it comes to ranking football teams, the Lazindex has proved to be a time-tested model of consistency. Each year, the Index is one of dozens upon dozens of ranking systems to appear in the Massey Ranking Consensus. In each of the past 20 seasons, the Lazindex has been extremely close to the consensus, having never finished outside of the Top 10. The Lazindex has also won multiple Beck Prediction Tracker Awards during the same period.
I’d like to personally thank Kenneth Massey and Todd Beck for their amazing work and for helping the Lazindex achieve the visibility it enjoys today.
